Fen-Phen/Redux "Diet Drug" Class Action

We are currently representing people who have taken the diet drugs known as "Fen-phen" and "Redux." These diet drugs have been consumed by thousands of victims prior to their recall. We are working to ensure that our clients receive proper treatment and recover damages for injuries suffered.

On September 16, 1997, American Home Products, the manufacturer of the diet drugs Pondimin (fenfluramine) and Redux (dexfenfluramine), pulled the diet drugs off the market. After extensive litigation and settlement efforts, a Nationwide Settlement received final judicial approval in January 2002.

As part of the Nationwide Settlement, an official website (http://www.settlementdietdrugs.com/) has been created to provide detailed information regarding class members' rights and obligations. If you have taken Pondimin or Redux and have not yet received Official Notice of Final Judicial Approval, you should register immediately to preserve your rights.

If you or a family member have taken Pondimin or Redux and would like more information concerning your legal rights, we encourage you to contact an attorney at Touhy & Touhy Ltd.
